Reliability is something I take seriously. If I say I'll be there at a certain time, I'm there, and if plans ever need to change, I make sure to give plenty of notice rather than leaving anyone waiting.

I'm comfortable with a wide mix of jobs, from small fixes that take a few minutes to bigger projects that need a full afternoon. I treat every job with the same attention regardless of size.

Quality matters more to me than speed, though I do work efficiently. I'd rather take a bit longer and get a repair right than rush through it and have the same problem come back a few weeks later.
